We only collect the information we genuinely need to:

• Provide safe and reliable pet sitting services
• Contact you during your booking (including in emergencies)
• Invoice you for services provided

We will never sell or share your details for marketing purposes.

3. How we store your information

• Digital files are stored securely with protected passwords
• Paper forms (if applicable) are stored in a locked location

4. How long we keep your information

• Personal details and pet care records are kept for no longer than 14 days after your booking ends, unless you give consent (repeat bookings)
• Financial records (invoices) are kept for up to 6 years as required by HMRC
• When we no longer need your data, we delete digital files securely and shred any paper copies
